Refund Policy
Lee Williams LLC sells downloadable digital products. Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Download or Access Issues
If a customer completes a purchase but does not receive download access, or if a download link fails, the customer should contact support. Lee Williams LLC will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to restore access to the purchased product.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
Duplicate charges or clear billing errors may be reviewed for correction when reported with the product name, purchase date, and relevant transaction information.
