You are already stronger than you think. Research consistently shows that people who understand their strengths and deliberately deploy them in their work are more engaged, more effective, and more confident in their professional identity (Rath & Conchie, 2008; Bandura, 1997). This tool asks you to name your five strengths, and then trace each one to a specific responsibility in your current role. This is what intentional strengths deployment looks like (Wrzesniewski & Dutton, 2001).
